Article II of the BCBA's 2012 Bylaws offers voting memberships to the following:

Section 1. Any licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Florida who practices or regularly appears in the courts located in Bay County, Florida may apply for membership in this Association.

Section 2. All current and former Justices of the Florida Supreme Court, Judges of the Florida 1st District Court of Appeals, Judges of the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida, and Judges of the County Court in and for Bay County, Florida may apply for membership in this Association.

The BCBA offers non-voting memberships to the following:

• Those living outside of the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida:

  • • Judges of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida (free)

    • Private attorneys licensed in FL, GA, AL ($50)

    • Government attorneys licensed in FL, GA, or AL ($25)

• Those living inside of the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida:

  • • Out-of-state-licensed private attorneys ($50)

    • Out-of-state-licensed government attorneys ($25)

    • Licensed patent agents ($50)

    • Clerks of Court, state and federal (free)

    • Law students (free)

    • Friends of the Bay County Bar Association ($50) - any non-attorney professional that interacts with the local legal profession
